Taking a problem solving approach for financial institutions of all types and FinTechs, Mehta notes the example of the current Covid-19 crisis and the ways in which Twilio allowed for compliant employee/customer communications in institutions that had to grapple with the challenge of their employees working remotely at very short notice.
