Kam Chana, Head of Future FS Labs at the Royal College of Art, shared her views on what today’s customer is looking for at the recent NatWest Boxed – in collaboration with FTT Embedded Finance & Supers Apps – event exploring the next generation of embedded finance.

The Lab she runs is built around the need to understand the key challenges and then design to address those. Simplicity, transparency, and accessibility are crucial. Most importantly, financial products and services increasingly need to meet customers where they are.

Services and experiences are becoming more blended. Everything is everywhere and finance is getting embedded into all aspects of life.
