What is REACH – what problem are you solving? 

REACH is the SaaS platform for instant customer experience. It allows banks and insurance firms to deliver the instant digital experiences their customers demand. The platform helps companies instantly collect e-signatures, e-forms, documents & IDs, in either a real-time session or a customer self-service mode. It uses the full range of mobile device capabilities to execute all those actions instantly, making business transactions simpler.

REACH is an all in one SaaS solution for remote transactions where agents and clients can talk, see, fill out, sign, share, upload, and even verify ID, all from their mobile devices with no downloads required. The combination of those key SaaS tools in one single platform allows firms to simplify collaboration and remove complexity from remote customer-facing transactions. Use cases include on boarding, sales closing, claims processing, agent/client interactions, website support, and remote transactional meetings.

Your solution works with customers in finance and insurance – what other industries do you work with?

We help in use cases where there are interactions that require input from the customer and are sometimes complex with multiple steps. Other than financials and insurance, our use cases include the automotive industry, internal HR processes and more.

Do you have any metrics on how your solutions increase team efficiency?

  • 45% lower average time to settle an insurance claim
  • 25% increase in online on boarding of customers
  • 35% lower average time for support call resolution

What advice would you give new startups in this space?    

You have to believe that you are solving a real, high value problem to your customers. And then you need to keep validating it forever. You can’t lose track of that and be confused by customers being “very interested”.

Everyone can say good things about your product until it’s time to pay. If you can get three to four substantial paying customers who share many of the same requirements, then you are on the right path. Also, mind the regulations and compliance restrictions in your target market so you don’t spend all of your energy fighting it.
