As Nik will be joining us for FTT Embedded Finance North America in San Francisco on December 1st, we discussed embedded finance and the related technology and business drivers. Given his broad experience across the industry, he speaks from an interesting and informed perspective.
We talked about the US, in particular, and how embedded finance is following a different path across the consumer, middle market and corporate banking sectors.
In the consumer space, we looked at the American addiction to cards and loyalty points. Nik shared his view of the importance of following where the ‘customer eyeballs’ land.
